We’ve tried and tested numerous activities as part of the Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park Authority’s First 1,000 Days Outdoors initiative. Some of these are shared on this page. Making use of natural materials and everyday items, each includes ‘step by step’ info on how to run the activity with your little ones. Activities were designed for pre-schoolers up to 4 years old, although they can easily be adapted to make them more challenging if needed.
